The world as we know it is filled with people looking to find life purpose and create a lifestyle we can be proud of for ourselves and our loved ones.  In 2012, Med-Fi Pharmacademy was founded under the premise and commitment to be a stepping stone to empower our community of clients economically with opportunity and to create a thriving network of successful professionals.  As of today, our staff stands by our success to deliver on our community empowerment premise and we remain committed to improving our ability to perform up to the Med-Fi Mission

Established in 2012, Med-Fi Pharmacademy humbly as a single employee staffing agency and is built organically. Years later, Med-Fi Pharmacademy now goes beyond our excellent staff of trainers. We go beyond our outstanding success rate in employee staffing. It is true that almost all staffing companies boast elaborate mission statements on the web and in their biographies. Sometimes it is hard to know whether the company is truly operating in its mission consistently. At Med-Fi Pharmacademy, we are very proud to say that each member of our staff have an honest commitment to the overall purpose of our mission and are committed to continual improvement. We desperately want our students and clients to win! We live our mission on a daily basis and this is evident through the strategic alliances and partnerships that we have formed in our auxiliary programs for the sole purpose of benefiting every student and/or client that comes through our program.

About the Med-Fi Training Experience

With every training session at Med-Fi Pharmacademy new students arrive excited and full of hope. We specialize in professional clinical research training.  Our services range from training beginners to understand the overall clinic research process to advanced levels of nuanced therapeutic specific training to help our clients have a deeper and more qualified understanding of the Therapeutic Area our clients work in.

 

Our students leave our training sessions poised, confident, and prepared for the field. The accept job offers and take with them a sense of purpose and a commitment to improving the future for all drug development. Med-Fi continues to be a stepping stone and a resource to our clients throughout their careers in clinical research.

 

 

Med-Fi Pharmacademy offers three unique career options for candidates to choose from:

1. Clinical Research Associate

2. CTM – Clinical Trial Manager

3. CDM – Clinical Data Manager

The CRA training course is led by tenured Clinical Research Associates that have worked at the top clinical research sites in the United States. Focused on prepping our students for successful job placement, the CRA training provides a comprehensive introduction to clinical research and the job functions of the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for drug, biologic, and device trials. Case studies and industry best practices are presented to emphasize how the learning objectives apply directly to the responsibilities of the CRA. Upon successful completion of the curriculum, we provide each student with resume assistance so that you are in the best position to successfully enter into the field.

The CTM training course is led by tenured Clinical Trial Managers that have worked for a few of the top CRO's and Sponsors in the United States. Most companies require clinical trial managers (CTM) to have at least a bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or mathematical field. To obtain a bachelor’s, most individuals enroll in a four-year college or university and take courses in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, statistics, writing, and genetics. For some clinical trials, a master’s degree and a supervisory background are required. Clinical trial managers usually receive some on-the-job training from more experienced employees.

The CDM training course is led by tenured Clinical Data Managers that have worked at the CRO's in the United States. A four-year baccalaureate degree is generally required for most IT work in medical settings. For clinical data managers who want to move into leadership roles, a master’s degree or graduate certificate in health informatics may also be required. Depending on the company, travel may be regular or infrequent; speaking a foreign language may be a bonus qualification in multi-lingual research settings.

 

A precise level of data management skills are required to maintain longevity in this career path. In addition, versatile communication skills and a willingness to work with others are vital soft skills needed to be a successful member of a collaborative research team. Ongoing education and attendance at conferences is likely expected of top professionals in this field.

The resources required to take this online course are: an Internet connection and a phone. After registering online, you will receive an email confirmation that provides you with the Web Seminar link and audio connection information. Prior to the start of the course, participants will also receive comprehensive course materials. Come to class enthusiastic and prepared to interact – you will be able to ask questions, provide feedback and participate in discussions and group work. Upon successful course completion, participants will proceed to the interview process where we continue to provide assistance and preparation.
