Established in 2012, Med-Fi Pharmacademy humbly as a single employee staffing agency and is built organically. Years later, Med-Fi Pharmacademy now goes beyond our excellent staff of trainers. We go beyond our outstanding success rate in employee staffing. It is true that almost all staffing companies boast elaborate mission statements on the web and in their biographies. Sometimes it is hard to know whether the company is truly operating in its mission consistently. At Med-Fi Pharmacademy, we are very proud to say that each member of our staff have an honest commitment to the overall purpose of our mission and are committed to continual improvement. About the Med-Fi Training Experience
With every training session at Med-Fi Pharmacademy new students arrive excited and full of hope. We specialize in professional clinical research training. Our services range from training beginners to understand the overall clinic research process to advanced levels of nuanced therapeutic specific training to help our clients have a deeper and more qualified understanding of the Therapeutic Area our clients work in.

Our CRA Training Course is led by highly experienced Clinical Research professionals who’ve worked at some of the top clinical research sites across the United States. Designed to get you job-ready, this program delivers a complete introduction to clinical research and the vital role of the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in drug, biologic, and device trials. Through real-world case studies and industry best practices, you’ll see exactly how your training applies to the work CRAs do every day. And when you finish, we’ll help you stand out — offering expert résumé support so you can secure interviews and launch your career in clinical research with confidence.
Although a science degree is advantageous, the minimum requirement for this role is a bachelor’s degree in any field.
Our CTM Training Course is led by seasoned Clinical Trial Managers who’ve worked with some of the most respected CROs and Sponsors in the United States. Designed for ambitious professionals ready to step into leadership, this program goes beyond textbooks — giving you the knowledge and practical skills companies look for when hiring Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs). While most CTM roles require at least a bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or math field — and some demand a master’s degree or supervisory experience — our training bridges the gap between academic study and real-world clinical trial leadership. Our CDM Training Course is taught by experienced Clinical Data Managers who’ve worked with leading CROs across the United States. Designed for those ready to break into or advance within the world of clinical data management, this program equips you with the technical expertise and professional skills companies demand. Most roles in this field require at least a four-year degree, and those seeking leadership opportunities often pursue advanced credentials such as a master’s degree or a graduate certificate in health informatics. In today’s global research landscape, skills like data precision, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams are essential — and we help you master them. You’ll also learn how to stay competitive through ongoing education and professional development, preparing you to thrive and grow in this high-impact career.
The resources required to take this online course are: an Internet connection and a phone. After registering online, you will receive an email confirmation that provides you with the Web Seminar link and audio connection information. Prior to the start of the course, participants will also receive comprehensive course materials. Come to class enthusiastic and prepared to interact – you will be able to ask questions, provide feedback and participate in discussions and group work. Upon successful course completion, participants will proceed to the interview process where we continue to provide assistance and preparation.
