CRA (Clinical Research Associates)

2026 Semester Schedule:  

  • Semester 1: 31-JAN-2026 

  • Semester 2: 06-JUN-2026

  • Semester 3: 12-SEP-2026 

Duration: 10 weeks

The Clinical Research Associate program is designed for beginner level CRA's in the clinical research industry. CRA's work remote and are expected to travel for a day or two to one of their assigned sites each week for a monitoring visit.

Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree in any field or Associates in Nursing. 

Two tuition options:

  1. Traditional Tuition Plan: $6000 due upfront in full.

  2. Deferred Tuition Plan: $7500 in which the payments are split into two;

    • $3300 due up front and the $4200 remaining balance due before 90 days go by from the date you start your new job. 

CTM (Clinical Trial Manager) Program

2026 Semester Schedule:  

  • Semester 1: 21-FEB-2026

  • Semester 2: 15-AUG-2026

Duration: 10 weeks

Research experience preferred but not required*

The Clinical Trial Manager program is designed for those who who are interested in transitioning to working as a Clinical Trial Manager. The CTM position does not require travel and is a fully remote postion. 

Two tuition options:

  1. Traditional Tuition Plan: $7000 due up front

  2. Deferred Tuition Plan: $8500 in which the payments are split into two;

    • $5000 deposited upfront and the $3500 remaining balance due before 90 days go by from the date you start your new job.

CDM (Clinical Data Manager) Program

2026 Semester Schedule:

  • Semester 1: 16-MAY-2026

  • Semester 2: 03-OCT-2026  

Duration: 6 weeks

Minimum requirement of a bachelors degree from any country. 

The Clinical Data Management program is designed for those who are trying to work in clinical research industry. This role varies from the CRA role in the sense that there is no travel required for the position. It is 100% fully remote. 

Two tuition options:

  1. Traditional Tuition Plan: $6500 due upfront or

  2. Deferred Tuition Plan: $8000 in which the payments are split into two,

    • First deposit of $4000 due up front and the $4000 remaining balance due before 90 days go by from the date you start your new job.

Oncology Training Program 

2026 Semester Schedule:

  • Semester 1: 03-JAN-2026 (SOLD OUT)

  • Semester 2: 08-AUG-2026 

Duration: 2 weeks (Mon, Wed, Fri for 2 weeks)

Must have research experience and looking for deeper understanding of monitoring Oncology Trials.

Oncology training program is designed for those who are looking to gain more experience and knowledge in the field of Oncology. Our trainer has over 6 years of oncology experience and has worked with top oncology institutes including MD Anderson, Harvard, Yale, Sarah Cannon, Princess Margaret, UCLA and many more. 

$1500 due up front 

Med-Fi Live Post Hire Training (In Person Training)

2026 Session Schedule:

Must have a job as a CRA, CTL, PM, CDM

This program is designed for those who are currently working in the clinical research industry but would like in person training. For this program students come to work in the MedFi office and are shadowed by a Senior CRA, CTL or CDM. The trainer will watch the individual as they work and will assist or answer any questions he or she may have. This program is held on a monthly basis and only has 15 slots per month.

Med-Fi Alumni: $3500 (due up front, in full)

  • [translates to $32 p/h for access to a personal trainer for 4 weeks]

Non Med-Fi Alumni: $5,000 (due up front in full)

  • [translates to $52 p/h for access to a personal trainer for 4 weeks]
